  • Clearance sale or special offer items (unless defective).

Refund Conditions

  • If you received the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used during purchase.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, wrong order by customer), the buyer must cover the shipping cost.
